Integrated Report 2025

HIGHLIGHTS

AntarChile was included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, ranking among the 848 companies selected from more than 9,200 evaluated worldwide. Within its sector (Industrial Conglomerates), it was positioned among 11 leading companies, the only Chilean company in the ranking. Its subsidiaries Empresas Copec, Copec, and Terpel were also recognized.
Arauco began construction of the Sucuriú Project in Brazil, its first pulp mill in the country and the largest investment in its history (US$4.6 billion). The facility will have an annual production capacity of 3.5 million tons and is expected to begin operations by the end of 2027.
Arauco issued total debt of US$3.5 billion through various placements during the year. Among these, financing of US$970 million and US$1.225 billion allocated to the development of the Sucuriú Project. In addition, the company carried out the largest corporate bond issuance in the Chilean local market, raising more than US$800 million for corporate purposes and green and/or social projects.
Copec announced a US$100 million investment plan to modernize and scale Blue Express. The plan aims to double its daily processing capacity, reaching 500,000 parcels per day by the end of 2026 and 1 million by 2030. According to Chile’s National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, it is the leading last-mile delivery company in the country, with a market share between 30% and 40%. This growth has accelerated following its integration into Copec’s ecosystem, with a network of more than 3,200 locations nationwide.
Copec’s EBITDA from non-fuel businesses reached US$90 million in 2025, in line with expectations. This represents a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 77% since 2022, demonstrating the scalability of the strategy.
Solgas incorporated Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) into its portfolio in Peru to expand its energy offering for the industrial and mining sectors. The Abastible subsidiary in the country announced this addition, which will enable it to support more sustainable operations and enhance the competitiveness of key productive sectors.
Nutrisco strengthened its position in the agrifood sector by acquiring the remaining 35% stake in its subsidiary Valle Frío for US$18 million, reaching full ownership. In addition, the company expanded its Romeral plant, investing over US$8 million to upgrade its facilities, incorporate new technologies, and increase freezing capacity by 50%.

The copper project located in Peru has progressed through several stages, with a focus on the construction of access ramps that will enable the transition from open-pit to underground mining. This US$500 million investment is aimed at extending the mine’s life and maximizing the use of existing processing infrastructure.

The Supreme Court upheld the environmental approval of the Las Salinas project, declaring inadmissible and rejecting all cassation appeals filed against its favorable Environmental Qualification Resolution. This decision adds to the various favorable rulings issued by environmental authorities over more than two decades of regulatory review. The project will now move forward with its bioremediation process, which involves a total investment of US$1.3 billion through 2040.
