AntarChile S.A.'s dividend policy, in effect since April 7, 2006, provides for the distribution of 40% of each year's profits. Dividends are paid as final dividends after the corresponding Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves the Annual Report and Financial Statements on the date(s) determined by the Shareholders' Meeting.
